We specialize in producing silicone font hot stamping (various fine text, patterns, lines), which is widely used in the hot stamping processing of high hardness materials such as electronics, appliances, packaging, leather goods, plastics, and hardware accessories (such as wine bottle caps, cosmetics, and mobile phone cases). Silicone hardness of 70-90A, temperature resistance of 250-300 ℃, aluminum base thickness of 1.5mm, 0.5mm, 0.4mm, etc., silicone thickness can be customized according to user needs; Using imported raw materials, the production is excellent, the silicone version has good elasticity, long service life, and excellent hot stamping effect, which can greatly improve the appearance grade of the product. It also uses email to send and receive pictures, and the delivery speed is fast.
Our factory has been focusing on mold making and computer engraving for 12 years, equipped with Jiatie and precision CNC machine tools. We welcome customization of various copper molds: hot stamping molds, hot pressing molds, concave convex molds, high-frequency molds, male and female molds, three-dimensional (inclined) die-cutting knife molds, trademark LOGO molding line molds, imprinting molds, air compression molds, engraving Chinese characters, numbers, individual fonts, stamping molds, copper male electrodes, etc. Specific requirements can be met according to customer needs.

This product is a customized product, and customers need to provide corresponding CDR, EPS, AI vector image files or clear bitmap or scanned images such as JPG, BMP, PNG, etc. If the photo is taken, the image is usually not correct and the error is large, so it is best for customers to provide standardized pattern files. Our factory processes and carves according to the customer's designed drawings, and does not provide graphic design services (only simple layout and editing). JPG, BMP, PNG and other bitmap or scanned images with poor clarity must be traced; Additional drawing labor fees will be charged, and vector graphics can directly capture the edges without incurring additional drawing fees; Copper molds are customized and cannot be returned or replaced due to mistakes made by our factory!
